Donations
We love accepting your donations of books and jigsaw puzzles. Donations are limited to two bags or boxes into the shop but we can accept larger donations by arrangement. We regret that we cannot accept dictionaries, encyclopaedias, DVDs and CDs.

By Car – parking is available close by in the Western Car Park outside Warminster Civic Centre
By Public Transport – the Frome to Warminster bus service stops right outside the bookshop. Services from Salisbury, Westbury, Trowbridge, Bradford-on-Avon, Bath and elsewhere stop in the Market Place which is a five minute walk through the town centre. Warminster Railway Station is just ten minutes away
About the Bookshop
The Lions’ bookshop is our biggest single fundraiser and is vital in enabling us to provide help to those who need it. Please pop in and buy a book! We stock a very wide range of second-hand books as well as jigsaw puzzles.
The bookshop is staffed on a volunteer rota basis by Lions, their families and ‘Friends of the Club’. The Lions Bookshop has many regular customers as well as ‘suppliers’. A number of people regularly recycle their books through us, buying as many ‘new’ ones as they have brought in!
